Place orders using any web-enabled device:

Mobo2go allows your consumers to use their computer or smartphone to order goods and services directly from you. Unlike many other 'portal' based systems it's your system so we don't list your menus alongside all your competitors.  

Takeaway & Delivery

Takeaway and delivery operations are both catered for, customers can even create their own account, storing address details and favourite orders. By making it easy for your customers they'll come back time and time again, and with such great service they'll tell all their friends too.

Taking Payment

Mobo2Go gives your customers a variety of ways to pay, including credit card, pre-pay account and cash on collect. The mobo2go system incorporates a pre-paid account system which allows users to load money onto their account by credit card. Unlike many other systems we don't collect your payments, these all go through your own e-comerce account. 

Electronic customer receipts:

Each time a customer orders they receive confirmation of the order details either via SMS or e-mail. The mobo2go account holds details of all orders that have been placed by the customer.

Order management and scheduling

When a customer places an order, our order management system works out the exact time each order needs to be printed in the store, ensuring that the goods are in perfect condition at the specificed pickup time. The production management system is configured for each retailers store and takes into account production resources, staffing levels and product shelf life.

The production management system can be adjusted in real time to cope with exceptional circumstances and gives the retailer the ability to stop or slow online orders as required. 

Recieving Orders 

Order alarms alert staff to orders arriving at store. With staff free from the telephone, they have more time to serve customers and prepare orders. Orders can be sent straight to your order printer or by email, optionally unlike most other systems Mobo2Go can be integrated directly with your EPOS system, ensuring that stock, sales and financial reports are not compromised.

All orders can be pre-paid before reaching your store so there's no cash handling to worry about and there's no wastage from fake orders.

EPOS integration:

The mobo2go system can be integrated with an EPOS system. The order is sent directly into the EPOS system as though it had been entered via the EPOS terminal. The EPOS system then prints the order on the appropriate order printer attached to the till. The advanatge of an integrated solution is that the mobo2go transactions appear on the EPOS reports so sales and stock are not compromised. Mobo2Go works with a range of EPOS systems including the Uniwell terminals.

SAAS - Low Maintenance

Software As A Service - Mobo2Go is a web based service and requires minimal on-site configuration this means you don't need a dedicated computer on-site and there's no need to worry about costly software updates, as we do all that for you.
