Sales transactions, stock and staff information can now be viewed instantly, allowing businesses to react to situations almost in real time.
The in-store EPOS terminal is managed centrally via a cloud based back office system, there is no limit to how many terminals or stores can be linked in. Any number of staff can have access to live sales data from any internet enabled device, so colleagues can share the same live report regardless of where they are working.
The point of sale terminal automatically communicates in real time with the cloud based back office, posting live sales data and downloading the latest menus and price updates. In-store the EPOS terminal runs on a dedicated touch screen EPOS terminal to provide a reliable system that is quick and easy to use. Designed to work off-line, the system stores data locally so it's unaffected by internet/broadband outages.
Complete with a customer facing advertising screen, the EPOS terminal is used to upsell and increase average transaction values, presenting the customer with special offers and promotions.
