It was a busy week for the Mobo team, who had a packed schedule in the run up to the show, installing EPOS systems in Cardiff and central London before and during the show! With precision planning and project management the team coped admirably.
New EPOS Features
Showcasing the latest technology, Mobo unveiled a new release of EPOS software, which provides a ‘deposit book’ facility to record and manage advance deposit payments from customers. The new feature was heralded as a superb addition by many restaurants who had previously struggled with older tills to manage deposits for Christmas and party bookings.
A new entry level loyalty system, inbuilt into the EPOS tills, was well received by many customers who wanted to offer simple incentives to customers without the need for a full on CRM system.
Mobo’s central management and reporting software was high on the list of priorities for multi-site operators, keen to keep a tight grip and clear visibility over operations.
The star of the show was Mobo’s online food ordering system which is specifically designed for restaurants, caterers and food-to-go operators. An off the shelf solution, Mobo2Go supports both delivery and collection orders and is easily integrated with customers’ existing websites.
Uniquely the online ordering system is supplied with both a website and a specially designed smartphone interface, allowing your customers to order anywhere, anytime.
