Make sure Christmas menu's and prices on festive favourites like Baileys or cocktails are programmed correctly on your tills. If you already have an EPOS system you can probably do this yourself. Check last years sales to see when staff are really needed, and when they're not. Most EPOS systems can at least provide a simple report showing you hourly sales per day, use this to help plan ahead. Just a small adjustment in staffing can have a big impact on your bottom line.
