New EPOS system helps Quench Manchester

The Client - Quench, a bustling food-to-go retail operation serving a range of milk shakes and freshly prepared food to go meals in the heart of the Manchester Trafford Centre.

The Brief - Replace the old cash registers with a new touch screen system to speed up service and improve point of sale operations. Quench selected Mobo Innovations following a consultation to identify key requirements for the new EPOS system and a demonstration of the solutions available for their quick service operation. 

The System - The new touch screen EPOS system has improved point of sale operations, fast and easy to use the new system helps keep queues to a minimum during peak periods and provides full control over products, menu's and pricing. Detailed reporting, sales analysis and transaction information allow the client to keep a close eye on daily operations, sales and staff activities such as corrections, voids and discounts.

The Outcome - Mobo has provided a new touch screen EPOS system to meet the immediate requirements and budget. The new system provides a technology platform that Quench can build on as the business expands.

The easy layout of the touch screens means staff now have more time to prepare orders and serve customers rather than looking for which buttons to press.
