Our centralised EPOS head office management products provide a one-stop solution for clients looking to control a multi-site estate of EPOS terminals from one single location, quick and easy access to store data enables businesses to react quickly to changes in trading patterns and competitor promotions.

EPOS-HQ and EPOS-MS provide two different levels of head office solution, both products provide central control offering, sales analysis, stock control, price banding, multiple brand/concept maintenance, detailed transactional analysis and pos control. 

Designed to meet the needs of bars, restaurants, clubs and small retail outlets or EPOS software suite is also ideal for fast food outlets, providing menu explosion, recipe breakdown, and ingredient stock control.

EPOS-MS communicates directly with the stores' EPOS terminals, and negates the need for back of house software in each store, providing a streamlined and robust EPOS solution.

The system has been designed with years of experience and caters for a diverse mix of catering outlets. Prices can be maintained by individual branch or at a price band level, while product and till layout can be maintained for groups of outlets to ease maintenance and new menu programming.

With all the product and price management being done centrally, the EPOS terminals can be locked down to provide maximum control and security over operations, so there's little scope for fraudulent activity.

Detailed in-store reports are provided by the EPOS terminals, at head office the sales activity reports provide estate wide sales and transactional information allowing businesses to plan accurately and monitor the performance of individual outlets.

Cash control is facilitated by a simple cash declaration facility allowing HQ to quickly monitor cash variances or discrepancies at each store. The Weekly Summary Report eliminates the need for manual cashsheets - saving time and paperwork.        

A full suite of reports and analysis is available, flexible date range selection enables you to view exactly what you wish, this is supported by seamless integration with Microsoft Excel and Word. Reports can be viewed by area, region, business type, branch, or sales location, report types include:

ePOS HQ takes central management to another level and is ideal for multiples needing centralised product control, reporting and inventory coupled with inventory control and reporting at a store level. 

To achieve this ePOS HQ is used in conjunction with the in-store back office software ePOS Office. The POS terminals are connected to a computer on-site, allowing store managers access to stock control and ordering facilities, plus a selected range of management reports. 

From quick summaries to detailed reports, ePOS HQ gives you the information you need to make profit making and cost saving decisions. Customisable reports give you control - selecting the information that is important to you.

Products, mixtures, ingredients, groups, suppliers and price bands are all controlled by head office. This not only ensures consistency but also dramatically reduces on-site workload, whilst allowing delegation of selected POS data contol to selected outlets.

Of course we understand that the head office POS requirements of multiples will always be different, and working with our partners we can offer bespoke developments to meet the needs of individual businesses. Stock Control - Orders, deliveries and returns procedures are quick and simple to use, whilst stock reports provide suggested order quantities according to minimum and maximum stock levels. All completed orders can be faxed or e-mailed direct to suppliers, eliminating mistakes.

Periodic stocktaking provides trading results for the period, highlighting performance, stock variances and wastage. Recipes & cocktails are simple to create and maintain, ensuring detailed and accurate F&B stock control.

A cash declaration option allows you to quickly and accurately reconcile your cash at the end of shifts, immediately highlighting cash variances. Monetary values that are not processed at the POS can be tracked using the banking option giving you a complete overview of revenue and expense.
